About “Ezzowise”

This site is made to help well-meaning mothers (and fathers) to avoid making one of western culture’s biggest mistakes: raising an Ezzo baby.

We hope to show here how following Ezzo’s “infant management system” will be detrimental to your baby…

…physically
…emotionally
…spiritually

We also hope to show you here how Ezzo’s system of “infant management” will also not only devastate your relationship with your child, but also your child’s future relationship with God.

The amount of scientific research available over the last 10-20 yrs to demonstrate this is overwhelming. If you have arrived at this site while it is still under construction please do Google searches on:

Human Attachment
Reactive Attachment Disorder
Somatosensory Deprivation
Touch Deprivation
Maternal Deprivation
CIO and Cortisol Damage

And please, refer to www.ezzo.info for Gary Ezzo’s full biography.

A good night’s sleep with Ezzo comes at a great cost to both you and your child.

TO TRULY PARENT LIKE GOD…
We all know that to truly “grow kids God’s way” we have to parent like He does…

Jesus said that, “The greatest of these will be your servant”.
God our Father was demonstrated to us in Jesus and He came “not to be served but TO serve…” He was the greatest.

In the family…the parents represent God…and so our greatness is in our service to our family. We joke with bumper stickers like “mom’s taxi service” but it is what makes us GREAT as moms – that we SERVE our families.

“God’s way” of parenting is about being a servant. God’s way of parenting is that He never leaves us or forsakes us. God’s way of parenting is that He gives us choices. God’s way of parenting is that in the end if we reject Him we end up in Hell which is a place where we’re all alone and God is not…and no matter how hard we cry God will never hear us.

A servant does not choose their own schedule or impose their schedule on those whom they serve. A servant operates on the schedule of the person they’re serving. A servant doesn’t choose when to work or not to work. If duty calls at 3am, they serve.

SO…books that train parents to “manage” their children, are taking the “servant” out of parents… taking from us that which makes us “like God” and makes us “great”. Parent-directed-parenting is not servanthood, and it is therefore not “God’s way” at all…and is far from great…
